ATG is looking for a Administrative Support Specialist / Knowledge Management Specialist to join the Enhanced Mobile Satellite Services (EMSS) Program Management Office (PMO). Essential functions
Develops and maintains an updated and dynamic record of all contracts and task orders across the EMSS PMO.
Support multiple offices with tracking user requests, property management, trouble ticket tracking, help desk ticket maintenance and system support.
Assist the EMSS PMO with document preparation, scheduling teleconferences, coordinating meetings and conferences.
Assist in Knowledge Management administration through Microsoft SharePoint Maintenance and Administration including configuration of sites, libraries and lists.
Responsible for SharePoint updates, including file uploads, folder creation, and administrative organization support through document control.
Support Microsoft SharePoint Permission Management with access controls and documentation to files and folders.
Collaborate with stakeholders on business requirements as it relates to SharePoint configuration.
Required Experience
5 years of direct work experience preferably with satellite (preferred), telecommunications, or information technology systems program support.
2+ year’s experience in Microsoft SharePoint at various levels of support
Familiarity with Office 365 SharePoint online
Education:
Bachelor’s Degree
