Job Description
Support the Naval Sea Systems Command Code 03S (NAVSEA 03S) Digital Industrial Operations (DIO) efforts concerning information technology services in support of the Navy Maritime Maintenance Enterprise Solution (NMMES) Program.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
- May lead and direct the work of others.
- Performs a variety of complex project tasks applied to specialized technology problems. Tasks involve integration of electronic processes or methodologies to resolve total system problems or technology problems.
- Applies analytical and systematic approaches in the resolution of problems of work flow, organization, and planning.
- Directs and assists system engineers in the application of system engineering principles to the solution of secure systems design problems.
Qualifications:
- Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
- Expert knowledge of LANs, WANs, VPNs, routers, firewalls, network protocols, and other security and network operations and monitoring, vulnerability analysis, PKI, data encryption, key management, data warehousing, and data mining capabilities.
Desired:
Education: 4 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
Years Experience: Experience with IT and Cybersecurity
