Job Summary
We are seeking a Service Desk Technician Level II to join our team. You will play a key part in ATG’s technical support for the Federal Prison Industries (FPI) specializing in creating Knowledge Base articles, checklists, Service Level Agreements, procedures, and end-user training materials.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with development staff to recreate issues in the test environment.
Assist operations staff on configuration management through Windows. Operating System Deployment
Evaluate user requirements, workflows, and recommend appropriate information technology solutions.
Qualifications
Required:
4 years IT Help Desk experience to Include Help Desk Administration and User Support (A+ Certification may be substituted for 1 year of experience).
Must be a U.S citizen
Urinalysis prior to contract award in addition to the above statements
