Job Summary
Provide IT support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance for M365 environments supporting IRS operations.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical support for M365 systems
• Troubleshoot user issues and incidents
• Support system configurations and maintenance
• Assist with monitoring and performance tuning
Qualifications
Required
• Bachelor’s degree
• 3+ years of experience
• IT support experience
Desired
• Experience with Microsoft 365 tools
• Experience supporting enterprise environments
PHYSICAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIONS:
Normal Office Environment. Requires Sitting, Standing, Near Acuity, Speaking with colleagues and customers, Listening, Sight, Use of hands/fingers.
