Job Summary
We are seeking a Program/Project Manager III to join our team. In this role, you will oversee subject matter experts and technical personnel who provide direct information technology assistance to Government clients. This person should have strong talent for project coordination, delegation, and proven ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives. This work supports the United States Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG) in carrying out the technical, engineering, operations, maintenance, and management functions that support global network operations and defense of the Marine Corps Enterprise Network (MCEN). This position is contingent upon award of the contract.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute and manage cyberspace operations systems initiatives across the system lifecycle
Define project scope and initiatives across the Marine Corps mission requirements
Serve as primary liaison between operational units, engineers, acquisition, and leadership
Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity policies and frameworks
Support budget planning and funding
Track project milestones and deliverable
Coordinate efforts across government personnel, contractors and, and vendors
Manage SMEs who provide support to the MCCOG in carrying out the technical, engineering, operations, maintenance, and management functions that support global network operations and defense of the MCEN. These duties include but are not limited to:
Cyber Support Branch Technical Services (Operations Division).
Current Operations Support (Operations Division)
Local IT Communications Support (S-6)
Project Implementation Support
Qualifications Required:
Active TS/SCI clearance
Bachelor's degree or higher
15 years of professional experience in program/project management
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Experience managing programs or projects supporting cyber, IT, or defense systems
Knowledge of DoW Cybersecurity Workforce certification policy
Knowledge of Enterprise Network Operations Center support
Experience with IT Project implementation to include Configuration Management
Desired:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification
Experience supporting U.S. Marine Corps
Experience with Operational Directives Reporting System (OPDRS) and other C2 systems
Experience with ACAS support
ITIL V4 framework knowledge
Knowledge Management experience
Experience with Quality Management
Cyber Policy analysis and management
Change/Release and deployment management experience
Experience with Incident and Service Request Management, and Event Management
Experience managing MS Entra
Experience managing Software Deployemnt systems
Experience with multiple technology areas to include VMware Virtualization, NetApp Storage, Microsoft Windows, RedHat Linux, Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft 365 Suite, BMC Remedy, SolarWinds Platform, AWS Cloud and Microsoft Azure technologies
VoIP management experience to include unified communications and VTC
Experience with MDM
Storage Area Network (SAN) Support experience
Experience management relational databases
Experience with Enterprise Network Management to include DNS management, LINUX tool suites, router and switch support, WAN optimization, and firewalls.
Knowledge of cable and Infrastructure management
