Job Summary

Athena Technology Group (ATG) is seeking a Records Manager to join our Army team at Ft. Huachuca, AZ.  The Records Manager's primary function is to support the Army’s Global Cyber Center.  

Key Responsibilities

  • Manages paper and digital records, including their creation, archiving, storage, availability, and disposal. Receives and collects records, including organizational documentation, website content, database information, and research data.
  • Plans and establishes records management policies and procedures.
  • Designs and enables records management systems and oversees records transformation from physical to electronic form.
  • Responds to internal and external requests for documents and information.
  • Collaborates with technology professionals to contribute to the security of information.
  • Maintains knowledge of government legislation such as the Freedom of Information Act and assures compliance with organizational, federal, and legal requirements for records management.
  • Trains staff and customers who utilize or maintain records on accessing and handling information. 
Qualifications
Education:
  • Bachelors degree
Experience:
  • 2-4 years of experience
