Job Summary
We are seeking a Project Manager to lead and coordinate our team that supports an enterprise-level classified help desk. In this role, you will oversee subject matter experts and technical personnel who provide direct information technology assistance to Government clients. You will ensure a high standard of customer service while meeting service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Key Responsibilities
* Perform management functions over the personnel on contract related to all tasks and activities.
* Lead briefings to senior-level management responsible for providing direction to the program.
* Provide oversight for program activities and personnel, including deliverables and schedules.
* Ensure staff are qualified, compliant, and onboarded in an appropriate manner to provide secure operations compliant with requirements.
* Support project cost estimates and schedules, including meetings and deliverable updates.
* Provide updates on a monthly basis and ensure timely information for status and management purposes.
* Support continuity of service by supporting the COOP site and minimizing employee turnover by ensuring training protocols are updated and maintained with evolving training needs.
* Support deployments and integrations of ServiceNow with multiple other tools, including AWS platforms. Support on-demand increases of staff and tool requirements while providing bi-weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports.
* Support development and design activities of possible prototypes.
* Lead reporting activities for schedule, quality, cost, and progress.
* Lead a structured training and onboarding program for the contract while ensuring personnel are aligned to tools, processes, and organizational goals.
* Lead and monitor Security and Compliance in accordance with policies and procedures.
* Lead incident management procedures and reporting.
* Create, share, and update project plans and communicate status to clients and management.
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical, vendor, and personnel issues with respect to timelines.
* Work with all stakeholders to articulate doable goals, requirements, and a schedule.
* Design, facilitate, and deploy internal and external initiatives to increase visibility or revenue.
* Ensure schedules are accurate and complete prior to reporting and escalate issues to appropriate leadership.
Qualifications
Required:
* Security Clearance Level: Must hold an active Top Secret Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (SCI) level clearance.
* Five Years Experience in Information Technology Projects, including experience supervising a team of dispersed individuals.
* Experience maintaining COOP Sites and testing COOP requirements, including switch-over and data backups.
Desired:
* IAM III equivalent certification
* A Four-Year or higher degree in a computer - or information science–related field.
* Experience in large, distributed IT enterprises with teams of personnel who are dispersed across the United States.
* Experience in DoD or a government IT support environment.
Physical and Environmental Conditions
* Work to be performed out of Crystal City, VA with potential for a hybrid schedule, supporting various missions across the area of responsibility.
* Must be able to sit for long periods of time in an office setting.
* 10% minimum travel requirement to Colorado City, CO.
