Utility Specialist (LG1) Part Time

Facility Maintenance Technician(s) with the following skills and with a minimum of three years of experience and be able to provide the appropriate certifications and/or proof of relevant schools attended.:
Duties
Ability to maintain and repair generators, ventilation air conditioning systems, electrical systems, and small engines. Conducts plumbing, and carpentry as required
Must be able to operate and perform required maintenance to site equipment. Performs routine grounds keeping, conducts herbicide applications, maintain antenna and site fencing, access roads, performs minor building repair and appearance. Maintains Equipment includes tractors, trimmers, riding lawn mowers, floor buffers, herbicide applicators, herbicide tanks and general tools.
Clearance: Public Trust
