HQ NMCI Requirements Lead Network Support

Experience:

The HQ NMCI Network Support Lead shall have five (5) years of experience which substantially satisfies working with the following:

  • NMCI (or equivalent) systems (Hewlett Packard Service Manager (HPSM), NMCI Navy Enterprise Tool (NET), and Seat Resource Management (SRM), account creation and oversight of the Move/Add/Change (MAC) process, supporting NMCI contract.

  • Strong oral and writing skills to work closely with all levels of personnel involved in IT operations and technical aspects of systems.

  • Overall computer proficiency including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint).

  • Demonstrated ability to develop positive relationships and effectively communicate with senior management, project managers, and IT operations staff.

  • Demonstrate sufficient knowledge and experience to apply a methodology to projects that have well-defined requirements and deliverables.

  • Years of experience beyond the minimum may be considered a strength.


Qualifications:
Associate degree from an accredited college/university; may substitute five (5) years of relevant professional work experience (in addition to the experience described below) for the associate's degree requirement.
In lieu of a Bachelor's degree, HQ NMCI Requirements Lead Network Support Manager shall have one of the following certifications to comply with Department of Defense (DoD) 8570.01-M IAT Level II Baseline Certification requirements:

  • CCNA Security

  • CySA+

  • GICSP

  • GSEC

  • Security+ CE

  • SSCP


Clearance: Secret

Normal Office Environment. Requires Sitting, Standing, Near Acuity, Speaking with
colleagues and customers, Listening, Sight, Use of hands/fingers.
